Our Policies

Salon Parking

Parking is available on the streets for 2 hours, there is also a parking garage on intersection Schiller and Palmer. Street parking is also available on York and 2nd, Addison and York, and elsewhere around town.

Gift Card Policy

Gift Cards are available for purchase at Entourage Hair Salon & Spa for any goods or services within the salon. Not redeemable online. The card cannot be redeemed for cash, or replaced if lost or stolen. If found, please return this card to the merchant. After 12 months of non-use, a $2 per month service fee will be deducted from the remaining balance unless prohibited by law.

Appointments

For maximum availability, please schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Entourage Hair Salon and Spa, or book appointments in advance.

Arrival

Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to ensure you receive your service on time. Upon arrival, you may be asked to complete a customer profile form. Please note, if late arrival, your service will need to end on scheduled time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Cancellation

If unable to keep scheduled appointment, kindly give a 24-hour notice, otherwise we reserve the right to charge for time reserved.

Debit and Credit Card Payments

All debit and credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

Gratuities

At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by Entourage Hair Salon and Spa. Notice, a 20% gratuities may be added for special events or private parties. At your discretion, 15% to 20% gratuity is recommended.

Payments We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Entourage Hair Salon and Spa gift cards.

Prices All prices are subject to change. Entourage Hair Salon and Spa is committed to providing the newest, products, services, and technologies; therefore our prices might change without notice.

Special Event Entourage Hair Salon and Spa is available for private events and packages catering to your needs. Experience a variety of our salon and spa services in our relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Please note, our front desk can provide you with more detail and pricing.
